How can I book a cleaning session on Keepkleen?

Only registered members can make bookings on our website. Once you complete your registration, you can proceed to make your booking by selecting the service you require, the location of your property, and the time you want the service. Keepkleen estimates the cost and time required to complete the service and notifies you. If you are comfortable with the estimate and wish to proceed with the booking, you can “Submit” your booking to complete the booking process. Keepkleen sends you a confirmation email, on the submission of your booking.

 

My facility is located outside the United Kingdom, can I still use Keepkleen services?

No, you cannot. Keepkleen only operates in the UK. We do not accept booking orders from outside the UK.

 

Who are the Keepkleen cleaners?

Our Cleaners are individuals looking for opportunities to work and earn on a part-time and full-time basis. Before joining Keepkleen, our cleaners are properly checked and vetted to be sure they don’t have any prior criminal records. They are given the right training and required support to ensure they perform outstandingly in their duties/tasks.

 

Is granting Keepkleen Cleaners access to my facility safe?

Keepkleen cleaners are vetted individuals whose background and personal records have been verified. However, we strongly advise you to exercise caution and protect yourself and your property by locking away all your valuables.

Where can I find my booking ID?

Your booking ID is attached to the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order on the Keepkleen platform.

 

Can I reschedule a booking?

Keepkleen allows its clients to reschedule their bookings. However, late rescheduling attracts a fee. Kindly check our Cancelation Policy.

 

What is included in the Keepkleen cleaning service?

Keepkleen offers both Domestic and Commercial Cleaning.

Our Domestic cleaning includes the cleaning of the bedroom, living, dining, Bathroom, Kitchen, Hallway, and Stairs, Storage, as well as Gardening.

Our Commercial Cleaning includes Office Cleaning, Factory Cleaning, Hospital Cleaning, Airport Cleaning, Hotel & Restaurant Cleaning, and Shopping Centre Cleaning.

 

What is not included in the Keepkleen cleaning service?

The following are not included in our cleaning service but can be booked as additional services.

  • Cleaning the interior of Oven, Fridge, and Microwave
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of kitchen cabinets
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior sides of the window (exterior on the ground floor only)
  • Washing of Linens and bed covers

 

Do Keepkleen cleaners bring cleaning products and equipment to the cleaning site?

Keepkleen cleaners can provide cleaning products if required by the customer but this comes at a fee, we expect customers to have their cleaning products.

However, we do not provide cleaning equipment for our domestic cleaning services, we expect the customer to have household cleaning equipment we can use.

How does Payment work at Keepkleen?

Keepkleen Prices are estimated based on a specified hourly rate. This can be influenced by the booking date and time. Our price list can be updated from time to time.

 

How can I make a Payment?

We take card payments only (debit and credit cards). We process payment via a secure third-party payment provider.

 

Does Keepkleen offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. Hence, we encourage our customers to fully inspect their property before the Cleaner leaves to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the job done.

However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, kindly report any issue you have within 24hrs to complaints@keepkleen.uk. We will make every possible attempt to rectify the issue.

Who is eligible to join Keepkleen as a cleaner?

Any individual who is above 18 years of age, owns a smartphone, have legal permission to work in the UK, and can provide copies of his/her ID and proof of residency is eligible to become a Keepkleen cleaner.

 

What steps do I need to take to become a Keepkleen cleaner?

You can start your cleaning career with Keepkleen by taking the following steps.

  4. Download the Keepkleen mobile app

How safe are Keepkleen cleaners?

KeepKleen prioritizes the safety of its cleaners. We do not entertain anonymous clients. We verify the identity of our clients and the locations of their homes or facilities before approving their bookings. We will never send our cleaners to an unverified location.

How satisfied are Keepkleen cleaners?

KeepKleen cares about the satisfaction its cleaners derive from the jobs they do. We allow our cleaners to drop their feedback after working with a client. We expect our customers to respect our cleaners as our cleaners respect them. Customers who violate KeepKleen terms and conditions will be banned from using our services.

 

What is the pay rate for cleaners at Keepkleen?

Keepkleen cleaners start earning from £9/h, and subsequently more depending on the time of the shift However, you are responsible for your taxes as you will be self-employed.

Can I cancel a booking I had accepted initially?

Cancellation of accepted bookings by cleaners directly impacts the customers’ satisfaction as well as their trust in Keepkleen, Hence, we discourage the cancellation of accepted bookings by cleaners. We understand your situation can change at any time so we advise that you let us know well in advance if you need to cancel an order. Late cancellation will attract a fine, see our cancellation policy
