Whenever a customer makes a booking, we transfer to the Cleaner details of the customer which is needed to get the job done.

Use of Personal Data

Keepkleen collects and uses personal data from Users to match their request for cleaning services with our professional cleaners. We only share with the cleaners some of your details needed to carry out your requested service.

Keepkleen will never ask you for any information which is not required to successfully render its services.

Keepkleen might use your data for other legitimate purposes such as promoting and selling our services. However, this will be of minimum privacy impact.

If there is the need to process your data for any other legitimate reasons, we will request for your consent.

 

Processing of Personal Data

Keepkleen processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 regulations. We promise to:

Retention of Personal Data

Keepkleen will only keep its Users’ details for as long as it’s necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the information was collected, or to fulfil the legal or statutory obligation of retaining the information of users provided there is an ongoing relationship. However, such information will be deleted after a duration of 1 year of no relationship with a User, as long as there is no legal obligation from authorities to keep it for longer. Users can also request that their information be removed from our system at any time.

Keepkleen will engage the use of safe and appropriate measures in keeping your data safe and secure. We will protect your information from unlawful and unauthorized use of data in accordance with the data protection legislation.

As an organization, Keepkleen will not process or transfer your data outside of the EEA. However, in situations where we have to share information with a third party i.e. for payment purpose, we will only share your information with third parties whose country’s data protection laws have been deemed sufficient by the UK Government and European Union legislation for processing personal data.
