This page contains Keepkleen Booking Terms and Conditions. The Booking Terms and Conditions define how Keepkleen (“we” “us”) provide its services to you (“customers”). Kindly go through this page carefully before you submit your booking to Keepkleen.

By making a booking on the Keepkleen website, you agree that you have read the Booking Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If there is any part of this Booking Terms and Conditions which you find faulty, do not understand, or disagree with, kindly contact us before making a booking.

  1. Keepkleen

Keepkleen platforms bring professional cleaners and home or facility owners together. Our services include the mediation of relationships between cleaners and customers, administration of bookings, and collection of payment. We operate an online platform where customers can book Professional Cleaner by submitting a booking request.

  1. Booking a Cleaning Session

Keepkleen does not accept bookings from anonymous customers.  You will be asked to provide proof of identity before you can complete your registration on our website and make your booking. Bookings will only be accepted under the name with proof of identity.

Only registered members can make bookings on our website. Once you complete your registration, you can proceed to make your booking by selecting the service you require, the location of your property, and the time you want the service. Keepkleen estimates the cost and time required to complete the service and notifies you. If you are comfortable with the estimate and wish to proceed with the booking, you can “Submit” your booking to complete the booking process. Keepkleen sends you a confirmation email, on the submission of your booking.

  1. Cleaning Session

The Cleaner will show up at the selected location at the right time. You are expected to treat the cleaner with respect as within the law. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the location in which the cleaner provides the service is safe and secure in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Keepkleen cleaners are vetted individuals whose background and personal records have been verified. However, we strongly advise you to exercise caution and protect yourself and your property by locking away all your valuables.

  1. Payment

Keepkleen Prices are estimated based on a specified hourly rate. This can be influenced by the booking date and time. Our price list can be updated from time to time.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments.  You authorize Keepkleen to send payment instructions to the financial organization, whose card you are making the payment from, to take payments from it thereof in accordance with our T&Cs when you make a booking on our platform.

  1. Liability

Keepkleen is responsible for

  • Accepting your bookings and making them available for our Cleaners.
  • Dealing with the payments you make as regards your bookings
  • Verifying and vetting our Cleaners

Whilst we ensure that our cleaners conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide the best possible cleaning services, Keepkleen is not responsible for their service or conduct, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their space has been cleaned, and that for the Cleaners to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

We do not accept any liability for Loss, Damage, or Theft that might occur at the location of the property as a result of the Cleaner accessing the property to carry out their duties. Our Cleaners will always take the utmost care when cleaning. However, accidents can happen. We strongly recommend that customers have the relevant insurance needed to cover such loss including theft or damages. We have public liability insurance to cover staff only in extreme circumstances.

  1. Refunds

Keepkleen does not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. Hence, we encourage our customers to fully inspect their property before the Cleaner leaves to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the job done.

However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, kindly report any issue you have within 24hrs to complaints@keepkleen.uk. We will make every possible attempt to rectify the issue.

  1. General
  • Keepkleen only operates in the UK. We do not accept booking orders from outside the UK.
  • Our customers and cleaners must be at least 18 years of age
  • We hold the right to update, change, or amend these Booking Terms and Conditions whenever the need arises.
