CANCELLATION POLICY

 

At Keepkleen, we value our Professional Cleaners’ and clients’ time. Cancelation or rescheduling of bookings at the last minute, less than 24hours before the scheduled cleaning time affects the schedule of our professional cleaners and their income. Hence, we have put this Cancelation Policy in place to mitigate such loss to our professional cleaners and to cover Keepkleen’s administrative costs.

By making a booking on our website or agreeing to use our service, you are agreeing to abide by conditions set out in this cancellation policy.

Situation 1: Any client who requests for the cancelation or rescheduling of a booking between 24 hours before the start time provided that a Cleaner has been assigned to the booking pays £10

 

Situation 2: Any client who requests for the cancelation or rescheduling of a booking between 6-12 hours before the start time provided that a Cleaner has been assigned to the booking pays £12

 

Situation 3: Any client who requests for the cancelation or rescheduling of a booking less than 6 hours before the start time provided that a Cleaner has been assigned to the booking pays £15

 

Situation 3: Any client who fails to grant cleaners access to the premises of the cleaning location or is unreachable at the cleaning location within 30 minutes provided that the cleaners provide picture proof of the locked property of the client in addition to a screenshot of unanswered calls to the client will  pay the full price of the quote + £10 no show fee

 

Situation 4: Any client who requests for the cancelation or rescheduling of a booking 48hrs and above before booking start time comes at no cost. However, we encourage our clients not to make cancellation of Bookings a habit.
